There's an upcoming anime for Wacky Races, it's still in development but they will be 5-minute shorts. :) The artstyle is very dynamic, and, well, "wacky". Penelope's design is very detailed so I wasn't sure on the right prompts.
I had no idea Penelope Pitstop was also called Milk-chan in Japan. She's known by both names there. Here in Latin America her name is Penelope Glamour.
