This model is merged with the new TCD (Trajectory Consistency Distillation) Lora
Usage:
For 2 steps generation please use CFG 1.0 or 1.1 together with the sgm_uniform scheduler only, other schedulers tend to generate pixelated or burned images.
3 steps upwards you can use the karras scheduler. Increase the CFG if you go with higher steps, 3 steps can still use CFG 1.1.

Adding lighting screwed up the results on this, best to keep turbo, lightning, pony models etc in its own model or it messes it up for some programs like mine. They get really blurry and over exposed for some reason.
Not sure why you even would add lightning Lora together with this TCD model as it already generate images in 2 steps? And the model does not have Turbo or Pony in, LOL
your images only have the negative prompts listed, and the pictures themselves dont have the data stored in them.
yeah that is default problem I always have here, for some reason it either never pull anything in and other times only half of the data. Will upload a WF I use which has all the prompts in and settings
