This model is merged with the new TCD (Trajectory Consistency Distillation) Lora
Usage:
For 2 steps generation please use CFG 1.0 or 1.1 together with the sgm_uniform scheduler only, other schedulers tend to generate pixelated or burned images.
3 steps upwards you can use the karras scheduler. Increase the CFG if you go with higher steps, 3 steps can still use CFG 1.1.

This model seems really good at reproducing trained characters, faces are really accurate and detailed. Deserves way more downloads than it has.
On the other hand, the prompts are missing from the samples, so the downloads are reasonable.
