Ms. Landlady (far as I know that's all she's ever called) and her tenant/friend with benefits Haruto, from Minamida U-Suke's Bondage Apartment, Kinbaku Apartment or 緊縛アパート. I'll get to the story and recommends here shortly. As always, it'll take me a day or two to learn it and post pics.

Note, civitai is still REAL stupid about prompts, I'm getting blocks and hallucinations for basic stuff, especially if you put something like "bold lines", which any sane person's mind would jump to menstruation I'm sure. I advise in general don't put anything in negs you wouldn't put in prompts, because they'll mute you in a heartbeat, oops, ha-ha, pay us. If they get dumb with Haruto, just use "adult male", it doesn't make much of a difference other than making him too muscular. And on that note, since I'm getting alot of censor bars with it in negs, "uncensored" really helps. A black and white style can also cut down on color artifacts, or just do a 3 buzz variant. It gets away a bit from Minamida's style, but "detailed, realistic" is crisper and less, eh, all over the place we'll call it.

39 samples, 10 epochs, I did this one in the new trainer, which really wasn't so bad. Looks like they jacked up the training data though. Luckily they keep the runs for longer, so you can go back and redownload it. Auto-tagger still needs work, but overall better than it was, it was also more picky about what samples it would accept, but I worked around that. You have to click down if you want Illustrious, and I didn't see where the advanced options I used to use were. But as how anything but defaults means you might not get a refund and I rarely have issues anyway, we're fine. One thing I liked (maybe you could do this in the old one), but I was able to gen more samples off the bat.

I really like this one because of, believe it or not, the expressions. I'm not into ahegao or super derpy faces, but there's ways to convey that a character is really excited for something, and Minamida does it for the girl AND the guy. I feel like everyone acts in character and is having a good time and its semi-natural and I don't feel like its going for shock value like so much H-Manga (and yes that's with a title like Bondage Apartment).

Story: Our stocky, bushy-browed, broad-shouldered "girl next door" (or whatever) Ms. Landlady (who still has a ridiculous bust, and fever dream hips), says hi to her tenant, Haruto the college boy. Now all I know about him is he rents from her and has a job, maybe he's an underachiever, but you know these sort of characters. Haruto's one of those kind of mild herbivore type characters who's way too pretty, and we get some quick characterization. Ms. Landlady has a son, but whether she's even still married or not is a mystery, there's one frame where she has a ring and then we never see it again, (and wouldn't it be Mrs?) so, choose your preference.

Well, Ms. Landlady hears some LOUD porn coming from his apartment, and being the landlady and not wanting to embarrass the dude, goes to tell him to turn it down. Turns out Haruto is wearing his headphones, but they're unplugged and he doesn't seem aware, and Ms. Landlady catches him having a tug of war with Cyclops. Whelp, Haruto is built like you only see one of these guys built in H-Manga, and he's big into bondage porn. Ms. Landlady offers to "help him out", but we all know where this is going, and what I like about this one is you can tell just from the expressions both characters know too. We end the issue with Ms. Landlady finding out she's into bondage too!

So why this lora, because I'm into older women, and especially if they're not a fashion model, there's no squick, the expressions, and while I realize its not Gone with the Wind, as these plots go its pretty believable. Its one of those long enough for a one-shot but deserves to be longer, and of course, it has those giant bar censors, so, doing my part.

So, I only recently learned I could change sample prompt words after the fact, so I'll update those as I test. Its intended for monochrome, greyscale, black and white, leaning into a comic/manga style.

-Ms. Landlady, I would just start with mature female, slightly long black hair with bangs and a ponytail, she wears a dress and apron, sometimes has a towel over her neck and carries a broom or mop and has thick eyebrows though I doubt you'll need to specify. Oh, when her hair is loose she's got alot of bounce back there.

I'm finding civitai has a tendency to barbie-doll her proportions here, hips and huge bust helps, thick or broad shoulders might also help. She's thicker than Haruto, so putting thin girl or short girl in negs might help

-Haruto is a college boy, slim, lighter colored short hair with hair between eyes, hoodie, backpack, you can also give him headphones. Like I said, civitai gets dumb with his fresh anime face, just put adult male in there, he'll be jacked!

Hair between eyes seems to be a sticking point when you do them both together. You want the two of them, "couple" usually works. So you don't get feature bleed-over, merging, if you're going to specify hair I find it helps to put like "female black hair with bangs and ponytail", "male light short hair with hair between eyes"

I would definitely, definitely put "censor bar" in negs. You may or may not want speech bubbles or text, it can help the overall look but you get nonsense sometimes and it loves to pile it on. There's also several Minamida style loras out there, I'm not seeing a big difference in results with them added, (unless you're like those really elongated faces he sometimes does), but couldn't hurt, probably helps on coloring and blurring and such.

You might get some interesting results with "excited, awe, hearts in eyes, spoken heart, !, bondage, rope, shibari, motion lines"

1. I find these loras tend towards collages and clones, so its always wise to put "solo" in there or specify what you're dealing with, ie, 1girl, 1boy, etc. I've had success leaning into the collage type pictures, character studies, multiple angles, positions, etc, so things to think about.

1. These do work in color, I've seen people make it happen, I myself am either not terribly good at that or if you like, lazy, so if you want something that reliably works, you put in black and white, greyscale or monochrome.
