— She is the laid-back and deadpan one of Tamako’s group, usually moving at her own pace no matter what is happening around her. Being raised in a family of carpenters also rubbed off on her quite a lot, especially with her strange love for measurements, construction, and getting those precious right angles just right. She might look half-asleep most of the time, but her unexpectedly blunt comments and weird little habits make her surprisingly entertaining :)

🎀 Improving the hair ornament result
Sometimes her hair ornament can generate more accurately when hairclip is suppressed:
🚫 Negative prompt: hairclip
This can help when the generated ornament starts looking too much like a regular hairclip instead of her actual hair ornament.
🟢 Red color appearing on the hair ornament
Her hair ornament sometimes picks up unwanted red coloring. If that happens, try reinforcing the intended green color:
✅ Positive prompt: green_hair_ornament
If the red color is still persistent, you can also try suppressing it directly:
🚫 Negative prompt: red_hair_ornament
These can help reduce the unwanted red coloring and keep the ornament closer to its intended appearance.
🧥 Unwanted pocket details on the sweater
Sometimes her sweater can generate with pocket details that are not supposed to be there. If that happens, try:
🚫 Negative prompt: (pocket:1.3)
This can help suppress the unwanted pocket detail while keeping the rest of the sweater intact.
👗 Suppressing baked-in pleated skirt details
Her pleated skirt seems to be learned a little too strongly and can occasionally influence other outfits.
If pleated details keep appearing on clothes that should not have them, try using:
🚫 Negative prompt: pleated_skirt
You can also gradually lower the LoRA weight if the detail is still persistent.
I recommend trying the negative prompt first, since lowering the LoRA too much can also weaken her face, hair, and overall character identity.
🐰 Preventing the school emblem from leaking
If you want to suppress it on another outfit from showing up, try using:
🚫 Negative prompt: school_emblem
The emblem itself may also look inconsistent when you intentionally prompt it, simply because it is a very small feature with limited dataset coverage.
⚖️ LoRA strength and outfit flexibility
The dataset is still biased toward the character’s usual outfit, so completely different outfits may need clearer prompting to work reliably.
A LoRA weight of 1 can still work well for alternate outfits, especially when the new clothing is clearly defined in the prompt.
Only lower the LoRA weight gradually if default outfit details keep leaking even after using clear outfit tags and negative prompts. Lowering it too much can also weaken the character’s face, hair, and overall identity.

🎬 Anime and movie screenshots with official art support
This LoRA was trained using a mix of anime screenshots, movie screenshots, and Megami Magazine scans.
The movie screenshots received some color correction to keep them closer to the rest of the dataset, while some magazine images were adjusted to reduce unnecessary clutter around the character.🏫 Limited environment variety
The raw dataset mostly consists of indoor scenes or backgrounds containing buildings and walls, with very little proper nature scenery.
Because of this, some environment bias is still expected, especially when generating outdoor scenes.🧵 Two outfits with a shared trigger
This version was trained to cover 2 outfits:
- Sweater outfit
- Pinafore dress outfit
Both outfits use the same trigger prompt, so you will need to describe the intended outfit directly in your prompt to distinguish between them.🎀 Hair ornament placement is inconsistent in the source
Her hair ornament is shown inconsistently throughout the series. Depending on the scene, it can appear on the left side, the right side, or sometimes on both sides at once.
Because the source itself does not follow one fixed placement, the LoRA may reproduce the ornament on either side or occasionally generate both rather than consistently keeping it in one position.🐰 School emblem prioritizes flexibility
Her uniform has a small bunny-like logo, but the feature has poor coverage and is too small to reproduce consistently.
Instead of focusing too much on accurately reproducing such a tiny detail, I prioritized preventing the emblem from becoming heavily baked into the character and appearing on every other outfit.As usual, the final result can still depend on your checkpoint, prompt, LoRA strength, CFG scale, camera angle, and generation settings.
