I already tried to find the most suitable tag for the skin details. Tried dirty face, scars, not working. The most suitable one are scratches, which still wrong due to the color. So yeah, the skin details are most likely will not looks same as the canon.

If you want to have the skin details, you can try using these :
✅ Positive prompt : scratches
⚙️CFG : 6

If the generation give bleeding details like her default outfit details keep appearing on the other outfit, you can try put her outfit tag in the negative prompt. For example :
🚫Negative prompt :square_neckline

And also make sure to always lower the lora weight so your outfit can be more flexible. I mean, with a weight of 1 you can still make her use another outfit, as long as the outfit are super different than her default outfit.
