This is an advanced workflow designed for those familiar with ComfyUI who want pro grade results. It is node heavy and has numerous options. I encourage you to take the time to learn it. If you feel overwhelmed, you can start with my simple model HERE

This represents hundreds of hours of work. If you enjoy it, please 👍like, 💬 comment , and feel free to ⚡tip 😉

Note: If you have ANY issues with nodes not downloading, read the notes or reach out. There's nothing that special about any of them that aren't core modules. Most issues can be resolved by updating everything

⛔⚠️🛑✋ Read the notes completly before using. Most common install and node problems are listed in the directions

A complete user and troubleshooting guide inclusing a list of common error messages can be found here https://civarchive.com/articles/24678/how-to-use-my-workflows-a-comprehensive-breakdown

    V14.0

Because it is not in my nature to leave things alone....

    • Gutted the stock face detailer nodes and replaced them with a SEGS suite for infinately better results

      • Note: Yes, I will be going through all my workflows and replacing them, including teh NSFW ones

    • Controlnet Update.

    • Added local bypass nodes so you don't have to zoom and scroll

    • Major update to notes, especially for detailers

    V13.0

    Overhauled the Controlnet:

    • Now you can select the aspect ratio of the original image without having to "guess" it with the aspect ratio node

    • Left room for the resize node so you can choose which side to crop the image by

    • Redid the dependencies so that every tie you shut it on and off, you don;t need to reset the switches so it will not give you an error 😡

    Massively improved the notes throughout

    Minor layout tweaks

    V11.3

    • Detailers are now able to handle float32 models, so I rewmoved the SDXL Based checkpoint.

      • Please give me feedback with any issues on this, especailly RAM related.

    • Added a crop section so you can...well... crop images easily

    • Updated several areas

    • Added the ability to use a simple date with the metadata folder

    • added a "remove banned tags" node

    V8.0

    • Removed Florence Prompt assist and replaced it with Qwen Advanced.

    • Reorganized the controlnet section because it bugged me. Now it's easier to use.

    • Added a LoRa controller for the detailer for better character facial and eye consistency as well as a localized prompt

    • Gutted the backend of the post production suite and added 📷optical realism, giving a significantly better way to fine tune your images.
      Fixed some backend math

    • Added a 📂 subfolder generator that seperates the metadata files according to the name you give the file for easier use.

    V7.0

    • Added KSampler Configure Nodes so you can leave the setting in place for both ZIT and base without having to change them

    • Removed some problematic nodes

    • Removed Qwen Prompt enhancer. I refuse to put an API one in there.

    • global scheduler and samplers for consistency

    • Better math

    • Improved notes throughout.

    All in 1 workflow:

    • Controlnet

    • Checkpoint option for merged models

    • I2I

    • Prompt generation

    • Prompt enhancement

    • Lora Loader

    • Advanced KSampler

    • Draft mode for making corrections without having to rerun the workflow.

    • Seed variance enhancer

    • Ultimate Upscaler for prescaling and hi res fix

    • Detailing Suite for face, hands, eyes, and expressions

    • Seed VR2 Upscaler to get 4k on low VRAM

    • Massive Post Production Suite

    • JPEG Scrubber

    • Smart Noise scrubber

    • Full tutorial available.

    Description

So I got a new computer an drealized just how hard some of these node were to get going.

    • Added KSampler Configure nodes. Now you can swap two sets of settings with just a switch (i.e. Base vs. ZIT)

    • Removed Qwen Enhancer. Long may he rest

    • Removed Eden nodes for a better alternative

    • Simplified some math

    • Added notes and adjusted Seed VR2

always skeptical of using upscale rs now ever since the malware issue

If it is a safetensor, there is no issue. Pickletensors are risky, but even now, Huggingface and GIT both can detect issues as well as most Malware detectors when you download them

    Ponder_StibbonsFeb 13, 2026

The issue has nothing to do with upscalers. Well, yes it attacks a particular weakness, scripts subject (formerly) to less scrutiny, but that's true for most new malware. The problem is more to do with people grabbing whatever looks awesome without taking a look at ratings or posted issues. At the very least, I always look up dependencies in the requirements.txt, to avoid breaking comfy, then run the git through gemini. That takes five seconds and gives a pretty solid picture of how many people are using a node pack, what issues they have, and the potential problems it can cause. Of course all of this stuff is going to attract malware artisans like bees to earwax. Tons of people who have no clue what they are doing are installing whatever they can get their hands on, which is everything. Be skeptical of it all. I do all my generation inside a mylar bubble coated with vaseline, and get nodes delivered in the mail. That helps too.

@Ponder_Stibbons I personally used trained hamster's I've raised since birth. works very well, but they have a bad tendency to poop on the hard drive

Gotta love the people with no posts and followers coming on thinking anyone gives a crap about their opinion.

Post something before you open your mouth. Not a hard concept 👍

@Echit21 He's probably some butthurt anti-Ai loser. I make workflows and images for myself. I give no F$%ks about what others think.

I saw a comment and response around this, but not any actual answers.

Is there a resolution for: Florence2Run

Unable to infer channel dimension format

I've done nothing but throw in an starting image and hit run.

Florence2run broke yesterday. Pull teh module out and drop a Qwen one in its place

    meritrash6350Feb 19, 2026

Ugh. Any chance of your putting up a v8? The spaghetti is a bit beyond my skills on this one.

@meritrash6350 Over the weekend possibly. It's on my list. The rest of the workflow still works though. You only need it for prompt assist.

Are you on desktop or portable

    meritrash6350Feb 20, 2026

    @lonecatone23 Desktop

    @meritrash6350 always desktop with issues.

Switch to portable. You'll love life. All nodes are updated, everything works. It's better.

Florence works fine on Portable right now. If you want tyo hit me up on Discord tomorrow, I can walk you through what to do

    meritrash6350Feb 20, 2026

@lonecatone23 I've been using Pinokio to run it for...some time now. When you say portable, do you mean to just install a portable version of Comfy? Or something more specific?

It occurs to me just now you might be referring to the desktop app, which I'll agree is terrible. Anything that insists on being installed on c:\ is just...baffling in 2026.

@meritrash6350 so there is a winows portable version and a windows desktop version of ComfyUI.

I don;t know enough about Pinokio, but I removed Florence2 and reloaded it just to see if I'd get issues and I didn't. Mess around witrh Large vs. base prompt and FP16 vs BF16 as well as eager vs sdpa attention. if all else fails, feed your log to Grok

I can't make it fail to tell you what the issue is.
