My ComfyUI workflows for using Wan 2.2
This workflows are used by me to create my art.
They are optimized for my checkpoints and created of my latest knowledge to enhance the outcome.

💡Some WAN 2.2 versions use high+low checkpoints, other like S2V use only a single checkpoint - make sure to read the descriptions and use the correct checkpoints.
⚠️ Do not use the workflows with the "Nodes 2.0 beta" from ComfyUi or it will mess up things.

Backend Test
If this does not create the example video your ComfyUI backend is broken.
If this works, but your other workflow not, the other workflow is broken or missing dependencies
🩻 Known issues and advice's
⚠️ Some workflows may set on webp av1 encoding (VHS node) - If your computer/setup missing drivers use any other like H265 or H264!
Install ffmpeg!
Update Comfyui and custom_nodes!
Update pytorch 2.9+cu128 or higher
Make sure to read where files/models should be placed inside the workflow
Check if the filepath for model/clip/vae match your system like Linux/Windows
The plugin ComfyUI-DD-Translation can break node connection (avoid)

Love the simplicity of this workflow.
Im not the best at comfy, but i get the error "mat1 and mat2 shapes cannot be multiplied (77x768 and 4096x5120)" once the flow hits the Wan MoE KSampler. Can not find the issue, hoping for a hero
Edit*** We got it : ) Workflow is amazingly easy to use once youve got the right things in there.

I've got the same error. Fixed it by switching CLIP. Most likely, you're using the wrong CLIP model. You're probably using CLIP from lurenoir's dependencies ***t5-xxl-enc-fp8_e4m3fn), which has a mismatch in matrix sizes with the model. Use umt5_xxl_fp8_e4m3fn_scaled instead.
It works correctly, but there is a color change issue. There is an issue that turns black.
If it turns black you missed to insert a model or image. Maybe using the wrong flow.
@darksidewalker 've notice the colour information is getting less and tends to shift to a purple hue.

@kiwiiii Thank you! I wonder, I did not noticed a color change the last 10 generations with "color match".
@kiwiiii Thanks for the hint... you are right in some situations it will shift or flash colors. Very noticeable at inpainted images.
@darksidewalker this sounds like my issue, as well.
@ambersai Could be, I did remove the color match with 1.3
@darksidewalker I'm using 1.3
Not for this workflow, but in the past, I noticed color issues when I increased the steps on the MoE and KSampler. In my case, I increased both from 2 to 4. I also have to wonder if the dramatic lighting LoRA I used on the photos caused some bleed in the I2V process. When I decreased the steps back to 2, the issue went away.
Some Nodes Are Missing
When loading the graph, the following node types were not found
WanMoeKSamplerAdvanced
What should I do to solve this?Reading the dependencies in "About this Version" and install them.
If you have ComfyUI Manager (You should always install this), open the manager and press the install missing nodes button.
