Bursting Out - Wan - High Noise v3.0
    NSFW

The Bursting Out LoRA will teach Wan 2.2 and 2.1 Text-to-Video how to make movies about busty women who have outgrown their clothes. Their breasts are too big for their bras, their sports bras, and their shirts.

Important: This model is 100% fictitious and is not based on images of any real person. All source images were generated from still image checkpoints using Stable Diffusion. No images (neither actual nor AI-generated) of any real person was ever involved in the making of this model.

    Version 3.0 Notes:

Minor Version 3.0 update: I've published a Low Noise version of this model, but it's completely optional. In most cases, it isn't needed and you don't need to spend the vram to include it in your workflow. However, sometimes Wan tries to invent details in the low noise stage that are incorrect, like adding nipples in strange places. If that happens in your clip, adding the low noise LoRA can help guide Wan to produce better looking output. This comes at a slight cost of skin texture realism since the training set for this LoRA is originally sourced from Pony, and adding the Low Noise model puts more of the Pony back into your videos. I'm mostly posting this because I got tired of the weird nipple thing and sometimes wanted to use a Low Noise version of this in certain workflows, so I'm posting it in case anyone else feels the same way.

Version 3 was created with an entirely new dataset of 66 video clips. Only the high noise model is needed, and you can feel free to apply a low noise model of your choice to modify the appearance of the women in the output. See my sample video using Sophie as an example. A strength of about 0.75 is recommended since a full strength of 1.0 will sometimes add nipples where they should be covered up, but do your own experimenting as you like. If you reduce the strength, you'll reduce the busting-out-of-her-clothes effect as expected. You can even try strength above 1.0, but the motion sometimes gets corrupted.

Since this is a native Wan 2.2 LoRA, you can use a standard workflow without favoring either high noise or low noise. I use the boob physics LoRA on the low noise stack only. This LoRA has lots of its own motion built in, so you should only need additional motion LoRAs if you have a specific action you want in the video.

UPDATE for version 2.0: For the best results, please give my workflow a try. This workflow is what I use to make all my videos using my models and it produces great results in Wan 2.2 using LoRAs that were created with the Wan 2.1 model.

    ComfyUI workflow guidance

For my current favorite ComfyUI configuration, please refer to my article for all the necessary info you'll need to make the most of my Wan 2.1 LoRAs in Wan 2.2 videos.

    Version 2

Version 2 is more extreme in every way . You can feel free to apply this LoRA to any female character you can think of and it should work. The standard strength of 1.0 will give much stronger results in Wan 2.1 compared with Wan 2.2. For those of you who want unrealistically big, I have a solution for you so keep reading.

The model was trained on images of women wearing bras, sports bras, bikinis, one-piece swimsuits, tank tops, buttoned shirts/blouses, and buttoned sweaters. Scenes with clothing like that will work best with this model.

The training images were extremely exaggerated, making very unrealistically big scenes possible with this LoRA. You can also use it to make much more normal scenes with slightly-too-small clothes and that will work very well, too. Just play with the strength value until you get what you want.

A word of caution: Wan seemed to get a little confused with some of the training data and will occasionally give you a video of a very overweight woman instead of what you might have expected. If that's what you like, then you're in luck! If that kind of result is not what you wanted, your best option is to just use a different seed, although you can try and prompt your way out of it.

Problem: How to boost the strength in the Wan 2.2 workflow to get bigger and bigger busts without ruining the nice Wan 2.2 motion and overburning the details?

Solution: I've cracked the code and will be writing a short article on this, possibly with a simple workflow, as soon as I get time. [ blah blah blah text removed, please see workflow and ComfyUI guidance info linked above. ]

    Prompting:

In addition to the keyword "brstingout", your results can be improved using a few other phrases that were used in training.

    • undersized [ clothing item ] - for example, "undersized bra", "undersized bikini", "undersized blouse", "undersized t-shirt", etc.

    • Sample sentences:

      • She is wearing an undersized red bikini.

      • She is wearing an undersized cream-colored button-down blouse.

      • She is wearing an undersized white button-down shirt.

      • She is wearing an undersized long blue t-shirt. The t-shirt is tucked into her jeans.

One of my goals in making this LoRA was to be able to use it in my Wan+Vace workflows, as described in my article on Civitai. Whatever your visions are for this model, I'd appreciate it if you post your clips here in this model page or else link this model in your video post so I can see what other people are making with the model. Enjoy!

This is awesome. I used this in FLF2V using last frame only (basically, like I2V, but the image is the last frame instead of the first) and it worked perfectly.

Great to hear! I've had good success with workflows like that using wan 2.2 vace fun as well. Depending on what kind of scene you're trying to make, either flf2v or vace fun will work better. I think transformation scenes work better in vace fun, for example.

@darkroast175696 It's a scene where the last frame ends with a woman's shirt open and her breasts exposed. She gets her shirt ripped open. Without the LoRA, the initial frame was a shirt that was basically already open. With the LoRA, it's a properly closed shirt with buttons that look like they are barely holding the shirt together.

I've experimented with your 4-stage workflow with the unaccelerated steps. Unfortunately I think it doesn't seem to work with I2V, unless I'm doing something wrong, but it seemed like a fairly straightforward change to my workflow. I just get a frame filled with color that fades into the last frame. Still need to try VACE, I don't know much about it. I have been trying other samplers that you've mentioned in your articles with success though.

@magicballoon I haven't done a whole lot with image-to-video, honestly, so I guess I'm not surprised the 4-part workflow didn't work well in i2v and flf2v. It's honestly overkill much of the time and only helps when the output you're getting has weird jittering artifacts from too many or too strong loras.
I'll see if I can track down a video that I've posted using the wan 2.2 vace fun workflow so you can see an example of how it works with these loras. If I can't find one, I'll just get you a link to a workflow json file instead.

@magicballoon This video https://civitai.com/images/115349673 uses wan 2.2 vace for video extension. It's a pretty messy workflow that I cobbled together from other stuff, but it might give you an idea anyway. It's made to extend an existing video with an additional clip, but you can see places where it used to include a start and end image, so you could probably find workflows for that as well.
If you can't see the workflow from that video download, let me know and I'll get you the json.

@darkroast175696 I can see the workflow from that video. Thank you!

I love this but it erases some important male parts.

Any chance you could add some futa in here? or some men with huge pecs bursting out? any maybe some wrestling singlets bursting out? I could provide images if you needed.

That's not really my thing, I'm afraid. I'm willing to share my dataset for this lora, though, if you want to add your own material and make a version with all the extras.
