STEPS BASE (after this value the refiner kicks in) should never exceed the value of TOTAL STEPS unless you want to use only the first KSampler.
I like 10:14, increase total steps for realism, these are set for models in suggested resources, Uncanny valley and Fabled Illusion XXXL - (N/SFW), I really recommend downloading them, both are the best I found for their respective roles, feel free to comment your best values!
The main appeal of this workflow is using illustrious/noobai-xl model to setup complex poses or characters and refine it with an sdxl photorealistic checkpoint.

A very clean & well laid out workflow that opens up some fun possibilities. By using it with two dissimilar checkpoints, you can do things that wouldn't be possible by simply merging the two checkpoints. I could get similar results with img2img + controlnet but this is much faster as it stays within the latent space between checkpoints.
How to instal it, im new and i don t have idea where i should put this
@kamilzak11599 you need Comfyui, find ytb vid how to get it with manager, then unzip this file and drag and drop/load the .json file into comfy, click manager, install missing nodes, install models to their respectable folders and u RE good to go.. ComfyUi is kinda tricky to setup, but worth it!
