I started training multi-character model from anime since December 2022, and have by now developed a mostly automatized process for this. I am also involved in the LyCORIS project, conduct experiments ever since its release. From data preparation to model evaluation, I work for a better ecosystem for text-to-image customization.
Staying away from sd for now to build some alternative (hopefully). [2023.12.02] I have made my dataset construction process fully automatic. Check my new article. [2023.12.02] LyCORIS is updated to 2.0.0, providing notably the support for HCP that I have been using for a while. [2023.11.12] It is now possible to extract lycoris-full from any checkpoint, making it unnecessary to switch checkpoint anymore in the future.
