Illustrious seems to struggle with generating images depicting a canine vulva, which this LORA will assist with. Needless to say, it's a very NSFW LORA, and it will work with both anthro and feral characters --- possibly humanoid characters, if that's your thing.

As with many LORAs, this one isn't foolproof, and it works better on some Illustrious-based models than other. On some of them, it won't work at all. So, you'll just have to experiment and see which ones it works best with.

In fact, plodb also created an improved version 2, though I couldn't upload it here to Tungsten (V.2 is just over 800Mb in size, and Tungsten will only allow uploads of up to 400Mb).
