If you don't want to see her eye through her hair, use blue eye instead of blue eyes, and try putting eyes visible through hair in negatives.
Illustrious has a super good understanding of the Roswaal Mansion Maid Uniform, so very little prompting is needed to use it.
You can get closer to the anime style using anime screencap, but this one is weaker on it so results may vary.
If people actually want to be able to match the anime screencap style let me know and I can retrain it to include it.
