Made this for myself as an experiment ... got not too shabby results (ok, I think the results are quite good), so I'm publishing it.

As far as activation "phrase" is concerned ... probably overlooked something during the creation process and now the phrase is "hatsune miku" ... stupid, but not going to bother changing it at the moment.
