Lora of the artist Imobatake. Basically does flat anime color style. Mostly does sailor moon pics, so sailor moon or "sailor senshi suit" does a lot of work. In testing it mostly worked but occasionally got a bit unstable, so your mileage may vary, but hopefully it performs for you! Also may want to try without or with fewer quality tags, as there can be some conflict.
