SDXL version:
Some checkpoints has hard to get the style without prompting for it, plain SD XL checkpoint does it well, even adds sepia sometimes without prompting for it.
SD1.5:
Pretty good at mimicking the 1930s style

If trigger doesn't give the style try another checkpoint. You can also add "1930s" to the prompt
