Lamias were greek demons, with the torso of women and lower body of snakes. Similar to what you'd expect from Medusa, without the snake hair.

I've trained with male and females both, so gender won't be an issue.

Use snake-related tags like coiled or constricting if you want them to use the tail in a certain way, but since those images tend to be more complex I can't guarantee they'll generate super well.
