here are the settings I use, you don't really need to follow everything like sampling method, refiner, and cfg but this is what I suggest, also, adetailer is quite the necessity because I CAN'T GET THE EYES RIGHT FOR F’ SAKE THIS CRAP IS SO ANNOYING
