The Magic the Gathering character Amalia Benavides Aguirre, a vampire scout from Torrezon on Ixalan. She is usually depicted with grey or blue skin.

She is a fun commander to build around, fill the deck with low cost lifegain and she'll be nuking the board in no time. Along with the obvious soul sisters, I recommend Leonin Elder. It gives lifegain every time anyone creates a treasure (esp. Smothering Tithe), and is also a soft counter to artifact recursion.
