Use

It worked best for me with the following settings:

CFG - from 4 to 5
Sampler - Euler A works well, but I imagine DPM++ 2M Karras will work just as well.
Steps - 20 to 30.

Use tag Monochrome if you want to get that distinct sketch style.

Add negative tags text, speech bubbles if you getting annoying texts on the image.
