You can change the color somewhat consistently by editing the 'bikini armor' tag:

red bikini armor

This lora was trained on screencaps I took from P4 Dancing All Night. It's not super duper consistent so I might tweak my training settings if I ever make a V2. Also since this Lora was trained primarily on pictures of Yukiko it likes to generate characters with long hair, so you might need to specify short hair.
