Rather complicated designs + new at training, so messy tags just like the other model. Due to her varying designs, probably will not be too consistent in terms of pattern or dress.
You can recreate one of her design variations by adding "blue frills" to the tags.
I would also advice to negative prompt "sailor collar" in case it shows up.
Flare may have a dress on when the prompt includes her facing backward, delete/minimize tags related to dress if so.

Description
Alt. version trained that doesn't fully replace the other version. Trained with lower repeats and less merged keywords, I'd recommend using the other version, and only use this version when needing her facing back.
Flare's back is a bit more consistently logical (tail coming out of her skirt? rather than attached to it when she's standing), but other details are often hit or miss.
