Realism Embedding (for Illustrious)
This is an embedding that represents the (photo-)realism concept.
It is intended for use with Illustrious or NoobAI, but may also work with other SDXL architecture models (results may vary).
Usage
The embedding does not have a "trigger" of any sort, it’s always active when it is loaded.
How to activate embedding depends on the UI you use.
In Forge the filename of the embedding is how you invoke it. If you don’t change it means in Forge you have to add "ph0t0_IL" to your prompt (or click on it in the textural inversion tab).
In ComfyUI you usually have to put "embedding:" before the name.
You can use the filename like a tag, when it is too weak you can just do (ph0t0_IL:1.5).
It is also possible to put the embedding in the negative prompt if you don’t want realism (make the image less realistic). But do not put negative weight on the embedding itself.
Do not add any realism-related tags to your prompt, since the embedding is a replacement for these. If it’s too weak use higher strength for the embedding itself instead. At high strength it can even put non-realistic models towards realism, like the Xavier example shows.
