Style LoCon for eyeball. I don't know it was the case for everyone but it was a classic artist from early/pre-booru days with of course a very 1990s style.

I didn't found many information on the artist but according with the (sort of) official twitter, he/she was active between mid-90s until mid-2000s. Most of data were gathered from its nurie collections, most easily found in exh/e-h.
