Saw a lack of Medesa Loras from Plus Sized Elf, decided to make one. Works fairly well, even at low strengths. Glasses are a bit iffy though.
Strength: 0.5-1

Trigger words: medesa_pse, long hair, purple hair, huge breasts

Situational Trigger Word: coke-bottle glasses OR glasses

(Use one or the other, using both will get you mixed results where the eyes are showing and the rest of the glasses are opaque)

You'll need to lower the strength when mixing in other loras.
