Queen of Fables is a recurring character and secondary antagonist of the first season of the T.V. series, Harley Quinn and a supporting character in its spin-off series, Kite Man: Hell Yeah!. She is a sorceress with the power to conjure living versions of fairytale characters who once attempted to destroy Gotham City.
