Trigger: ais-graffiti

As the name suggests this gives things a look of being covered in graffiti. It can be quite fun and depending on what is covered in graffiti it can also be quite disturbing!

The effect can be too strong at times - if you're finding it too strong, dial back the strength to 0.5 to 0.9.
