Onoskelis by default have bare breasts, without adding clothing/wraps they will generate 9/10 with breasts

Onoskelis are pale skinned with usualy bloody limbs however you can replace pale skin with red skin to get more of the demonic look from the Succubus armor. It also helps to specify "red cleavage" or "red breasts" depending on the image
