Tinya Wazzo aka Phantom Girl aka Apparition from the Legion of Superheroes, from the 2006 cartoon, Reboot era in comics, and Rebirth era in comics (not Tinya, technically her ancestor in present day).

The animated version and reboot version are pretty consistent with costume accuracy, however, the rebirth version can be tricky for correctly rendering the chest decal. Note, the eyes of the cartoon version are weird, so I've been just using additions of full white eyes/no pupils.

For animated: 1.0 strength has worked well for me for base costume, 0.8 strength when adjusting to different outfits

For reboot: generally 0.7-0.9 gives good results for both base costume and outfit additions

For rebirth: 0.75 has been providing me the best output, but it's very sensitive to style additions, so probably will need to experiment with differing levels of strength
