This is mostly made to assist with characters sitting on a bed, where you want them sitting upright on the edge, rather than half-lying in the middle, which seems to be much more common.

You can of course use it with chairs or whatever else, though these poses tend to be easier to make without needing a Lora.

Doesn't work as well or consistantly as I'd like - the Illustrious version especially - but maybe it will help you.

Main trigger word is seated. Doesn't seem to do anything. Then just the thing they're sitting on (bed, chair or whatever)
