This LoRa works best with humanoid characters, but furry stuff should work too.
This model likes to include huge ?????, big muscles and some crazy expressions.
It can do some pretty dynamic poses depending on the keywords, but you might have to do some post generation fixing. It can get messy (blame source material).
It should be able to do SFW content too if specified.

In terms of settings, just screw around until you get the desired look.
I use AutismMix. Euler A with 40 steps and CFG 8 gave me pretty good results. LoRa strength 0.9-1.0
Using PonyQuality LoRA at 0.8-0.85 helps a lot.
