You can try things like (red bandana), (necklace), (green /black vest), (denim/green pants), (medium hair), (sleeveless shirt), (red bracelets), (black belt), (white socks) and (necklace) to edit, include, remove clothes.

When doing nsfw, words shirtless, bare-bottomed and bottomless works well (I usually want to keep part of his clothes so it's not only a generic guy :P). Other "naughty" words seem to trigger nsfw well.
