You can change the color using prompt editing. For example you can include green hair and green skirt using this prompt: [green hair, green skirt:5]. Before 5 steps it will generate usual mimi-sentry with red appearance, but after 5 it will apply green hair and green skirt and thus there are not going to be many artifacts (because there is not so much images with not-red mimi-sentry it is a good workaround), you can see examples in the post.
