I used some different models and no other LoRA or Face Restore to show the RAW results.

LoRA based on some images (like 15 or so) of Sydney Sweeney, to get this sexy sleepy look with the half closed eyelids, beautiful lips and here and there a gap between the front teeth.

It's SDXL based, so it works with adaptions like SDXL Turbo and Lightning.

The best use is probably between 0.45 and 0.55 so it has the facial features of Sydney Sweeney, but it won't be an exact look a like. Also don't make XXX with this LoRA, I will hide it from the gallery and mods will delete it!

I don't prefer total AI look a likes of celebrities, but in the images I made some to show what the LoRA does, there are probably better embeddings if you want that.
