Thescelosaurus are well-built ornithischian dinosaurs with strong limbs and their tail is stiffened from the middle to the tip. They are forest dwellers. However, a long time ago, a small group of these dinosaurs decided to settle down under the dome and form a village, which would later be known as Fungilla. The current chief, Ezfrazius, is a descendant of the early settlers. It is rumored that during his youth, the chief had a traumatic predator experience just outside the village. These events made him extra cautious and thoughtful, putting safety of the villagers first and foremost. That's the main reason why a Thescelosaurus was chosen to be the chief, and not some hot headed ceratopsian.

As the head of the village, he strives for everything to be safe and working as well as it possibly can be - the chief won't let any defiant dinosaur stay under the dome for long. Ezfrazius lives with his family on the highest floor of the Residential Wall, in the cleverly named 'Chief's Apartment', where a huge balcony offers a nice view of the entire village.

It is said that his family went on a vacation sometime after the gateway leading into and out of the village was destroyed.
