For upside down:

For Shiny:

gray skin, purple singlet, pink singlet, purple feet, pink feet, shiny pokemon, alternate color, 

If you dont prompt for the singlet and try to give other clothes, it tends to generate with more Human proportions, longer torso, more humanlike legs and feet, etc.

Upside down can be rather unstable, generating extra legs, tails, weird blobs, etc. about 70% effective. But rightside up seems fine.
