Recommended weight: 0.8. Model aimed at the style of B_0_RUKIA or just Rukia, should work for the older looks as well as the most recent stuff. Very good at makeup, accessories, pasties and gyaru, not to mention the anatomy/textures. This dude is a wizard with merging photo backgrounds and his mixed media is out of this world, that does not need presentation, so this is "kinda" the main goal of the model. Sadly the One Piece characters baked on IL/Noob are kinda fried for styles, you can do most of the characters without additional LoRAs but I do recommend them for a better handling.
