I recommend using humanAnatomyStyle_v1 (set from0.08 to 0.12, which helps draw the muscles correctly) and animaleLora_animaleLoraV1 (set at about 0.1, which helps draw penises correctly with overall good-looking ???????) with this model.

Use rule34 type of tags (such as big_penis, and not big penis)
