From what I've noticed, this model always prioritizes having the characters wearing clothes with the barrel, so if you want the "nuclear option", add "????? barrel" in the prompts. The barrel also alternates between being over the ?????, under it or at the waist. I'm not sure if adding "barrel over ?????" actually helps.
