I made Cliff from Pokemon GO because I think this is gonna cool if I managed to make him.
Trigger Words (choose one):

Weight: 0.75 - 0.9
Sampling Method: DPM++ 2M SDE Karras
Sampling steps: 22 - 25
Resolution: 768x768 or 960x960 (768x960)
If you want to use this following workflow: Generate --> HiRes Fix --> Upscale (Extras) in Automatic1111. Use ??0 instead.
CFG Scale: 7
Note:
You may notice that I use quite different trigger words because if I use just cliff with no underscore and <something>, SD will confused with cliff scenery instead of the actual character. Also if you set weight too low, you may get that cliff scenery only or even not rendering cliff_pokemon at all.
