Disable "Draft Mode" for illxl_v1! It works bad with Illustrious models!

Cleared all captions from faces and bodies. 1st try to add some control by manual tagging.
This is version 1501. Versions 1502 and 1503 currently look worse, and I will continue to work with them before I post the update. I want to give better control over appearance
