Weights between 0,6 and 0,8 work best in my testing. The tags I use to make her are , splashwoman, helmet, 1girl, solo, blue eyes, monster girl, mermaid, gloves, smile, huge breasts, large breasts, white gloves, android, makeup, navel, elbow gloves. You could use less or more up to you. Removing monster girl, mermaid, makes it try for a more human look.
