Timothy "Neo" Richards is a spirited and ambitious cadet enrolled at the prestigious Intergalactic Naval Academy. His nickname, "Neo," short for neapolitan, was affectionately bestowed upon him by one of the academy's captains, a nod to the distinct color scheme of his hair. The vibrant pink streak in his hair is an homage to his late brother, who often boldly chose to die his hair pink for seemingly no reason. This personal tribute speaks to the deep bond they shared and the pain of his loss, though Timothy rarely allows it to dampen his energetic demeanor. Neo is outgoing, and charismatic. He's also extremely talented and he's very aware of it but this often causes him to be a little too cocky. Beneath his confidence lies a driven heart, striving to not only prove himself but also to honor his brother’s memory.
