This is a lora trained on 22 images of ??????? generated using Chroma HD. Z-Image is nerfed on male ????????; they look like body horror, so I trained this to try and solve this. The lora may not be that flexible, but I get good results with it.

Using prompt enhancers can give different results, so take it into account.
