I usually create pics in txt2img then upscale it in img2img, never needed Adetailer for face

IMPORTANT:

• I noticed I get better results when there is no negative embeddings like easynegative, badhhndv4, etc. so you may try to generate images without them

• if you have trouble with lora making the same pose with Rio looking back at viewer from side try to add (from side ,from behind) in negative prompts

I initially tried to work on some other version, since that seems to have bias towards one position, but this one creates best face and after more testing it turns out to be pretty flexible Lora in terms of usage. Since I trained it mostly on hentai, it works very good with NSFW LoRAs

For NSFW I recommend checkpoint YogiriMix, for sfw HelloMecha, but on a few different models I tested it worked alright, so it may work with your favorite too.
