Yay finally Chiffon-chan is here. Took way less effort than I expected (but with way less training data, most unfortunate😥)

So uh, I did not train with the tag "necktie" as I see that is around the head, rather than the neck, so there might be cases where the green strap tie thingy keep showing. If this is a huge problem please comment and I might train a new version for fixing this.
