Question: How does ILL differ from Pony? The Pony version works fine with Illustious.
Technically, both Pony (V6/V7) and Illustrious are SDXL-based, which ensures a baseline level of LoRA compatibility. However, Pony V6 LoRAs often struggle on V7 and Illustrious due to significant shifts in model weights and a more refined training dataset. Since Illustrious and V7 have a cleaner aesthetic bias, using older V6 LoRAs can lead to overbaking, flattened textures, or color artifacts. It’s usually best to lower the weight to 0.4–0.6 for better results

Does your LoRA has any impact on the generated image artstyle?
I m asking because most LoRA do. Wich is a huge issue when trying to generate pics using a specific artstyle that will have whatever LoRA blending into it.
i just test the lora with the checkpoint and dont use sny external art style as i dont know which styyle lora someone gonna use. ou can download an test it with the styyle you want to use.
@Goofy_Ai Thanks for the clarification. All checkpoints have a style bias toward what they have been trained on. Lets say that the "natural" style is the one that comes out when not using any LoRA. So do you notice any style change when you compare your image using your LoRA compared to the one that is generated when not using your LoRA?
