I always thought it meant "correct, right" (meaning of the kanji) as the last one said "Ok guys, she's good quality, it's okay; who wants to be next?" and then the next guy will approve this by writing this character too etc
This character 正 needs 5 strokes to write, so... Besides, 卌 acutally means 40.
