This model creates images with a grungy western comic style with loose strokes and grunge colors. It works better with anime or comic base model. The full strenght might be too strong. I recommend setting the strenght between 0.4 or 0.8 depending on the base model. It works well for characters and scenery too. It produces some interesting results and it is a lot of fun.
