If you change “hetero“ to “gay”, and remove “1girl” this is usable for guys blowing guys in a car. It does start to add long hair to the guys, or manbuns, and still will insert women sometimes, so it’s not perfect.
It’s also not too hard to get oral sex in a car with a pony model, but I do think this helps it look more natural in my limited test of the same prompt with and without it.
"Car BJ"? I've never tried blowing a car.... Another item for my bucket list, I suppose!
